The location was perfect, the staff was great and very helpful. My room was superb and the view from the 20th floor was amazing. The hotel was very clean and had all the amenities. Very nice cocktail bar on the 2nd floor.

great location in the heart of downtown, right across the street from footprint center. clean and nice hotel and room

We did a quick one night staycation with our threw young kids and enjoyed the indoor pool. It was big enough to spread out with the other few guests swimming as well. Everything was clean; lobby, hallways, room (including bath and shower). I had a few hours of work to tend to before checking out and utilized the business section.

A quick walk from the Chase Center and many other places, which was ideal for my stay. Everything was so clean and nice from the room, to breakfast, and everything in between. The staff is very kind and helpful as well.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed some items and was provided them complimentary. The valet was very helpful in helping with our parking decisions. A few minutes after reaching the room, we were provided with our additional bedding.
